Rob Klaus, President
Rob Klaus is a co-founder and the President of Unique Integrated Communications. His 15 years of experience with the Unique family of companies has shaped an expertise in building customer service based organizations.
Prior to leading UIC, Rob led the Unique Information Technology group, creating and managing development of the underpinning systems that make a successful company more profitable. Two daughters and a wife that owns a yoga studio business means little down time on the weekends. Gymnastics meets and swim meets are the rule, when possible, the occasional escape for some downhill skiing is enjoyed.
Nicole Atkins, COO
Nicole brings over 20 years management and leadership experience to UIC’s operations, primarily in the banking industry and as the President/CEO of Unique Management Services. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a major in Business management and a minor in Supervision. Her considerable operational and planning skills make her central to UIC’s ability to consistently exceed customer expectations in a high growth environment. Nicole and her husband live in Southern Indiana, with their son, who keeps them happily occupied with school and sports activities. Nicole also does volunteer work for her church,for her son’s school, and serving on the board at Goodwill Industries. She enjoys exercise, cooking and entertaining.
Cary Luckert, Director of Client Services and Marketing
Cary joined UIC Dental in September 2015 after working within the Unique family of companies since 2006. He is passionate about seeing our clients thrive and his daily focus is to accomplish that goal for clients and UIC Dental alike. Cary feels the best decision is an informed decision and looks to provide data, tools, and honest advice to help clients grow their practice effectively and efficiently.
Cary lives in Louisville, KY with his wife and two kids. He enjoys travel, audiobooks, spending time with friends and family, and attending sporting events – especially ones involving his favorite team and alma mater, the University of Louisville Cardinals.
Ellen Costello, Operations Manager
Ellen joined UIC as Call Center Operations Manager in 2016. A native of Pennsylvania, she graduated from the University of Scranton and brings over 20 years of call center and management experience to UIC. Her experience across a variety of fields including Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Benefit Verification provides a unique perspective to UIC clients. She resides in Elizabethtown, KY with her husband and four rescue dogs.
Nicholas Bregenzer, Sales Representative
Nicholas joined UIC Dental in 2015 after relocating from Chicago. Prior to UIC Dental, he spent 10 years in healthcare industry. Nicholas enjoys helping dental offices realize the importance of both being available and flexible for their patients all while creating a strong ROI. Residing in Louisville, KY with his wife and 2 dogs, Nicholas loves to barbecue, golf, travel, watch, attend sporting events, and eat pizza. Hey, he’s from Chicago why wouldn’t he love to eat pizza!
